While your final cost will depend on which market you’d like to purchase a territory in, there are some standard costs you can learn more about on our franchise cost and investment page. We also require that you have enough working capital for the first year of operations, as well as enough funds to live on during that crucial first year. We’re looking for successful business owners, and it all starts with a successful beginning.

You’ll be expected to generate leads on your own, but we do have a Quality Restoration Vendor (QRV) program that we encourage our franchises to participate in. In short, QRV provides you with leads from our insurance carrier partners. Please keep in mind that these leads aren’t guaranteed, and we will require your franchise to meet a set of qualifications in order to receive them.

The length of your franchise training will depend on how you choose to allocate your time. Many of our new owners are up and running within 4-6 months, while others will need a full year to get going. While you can expect to spend three weeks training with us at ServiceMaster Restore Academy, much of the training is done on your own time. You’ll also need to pass your IICRC tests for each certification course.  This varies based on how each individual manages their coursework.

When you choose to franchise with ServiceMaster Restore, you can feel confident that we’ll be there with you every step of the way! For the first two years you’re in business, one of our highly trained business development consultants will be assigned to assist you. They’ll guide you through our onboarding process and help to set you up for business operation. As you grow, you’ll be assigned to another consultant who will continue to work with you on further developing your business. Of course, you’ll also have access to training, resources, and support from the home office and our network of franchisees throughout the life of your business.
