What It Takes to Succeed at ServiceMaster Restore®

2026-07-30

Ken Neverman’s Story

When Ken Neverman talks about ownership with ServiceMaster Restore®, his focus is the people he serves. Since 2000, Ken has owned ServiceMaster by Neverman in Columbus, Ohio, with additional locations in Newark and Lancaster. After decades in the restoration industry, every job gives his team the chance to help someone through a difficult situation.

"Nobody ever plans to have a fire or a flood," Ken says. "We're able to get them back to whole, and that's a great feeling."

He also values the way ServiceMaster Restore® continues to invest in our network. Our commitment to new technology and ongoing education helps franchise owners and their teams stay current and deliver better service to their customers. For anyone considering joining our network, Ken has one piece of advice: be ready to work hard.
