Investing in Veterans’ Success: Our Partnership with Hire Heroes USA
Each year, thousands of U.S. military veterans enter civilian life, yet struggle to find long-term employment. We’re here to help change that. Our partnership with Hire Heroes USA creates career opportunities and long-term stability for military families across the country. Since 2023, ServiceMaster Restore® has helped raise more than $1 million to support no-cost career services through the We Serve: Veterans initiative , which has grown through the involvement of franchise owners across the country.
Back in May, the network hosted its fourth annual We Serve: Veterans Golf Tournament at TPC Sawgrass. As the 2025 Hire Heroes Partner of the Year , we welcomed franchise owners, partners, and supporters for a full day at one of the most iconic courses in the country. The day featured on-course competition to support veterans transitioning to civilian careers, followed by a cocktail reception and raffle preview, and closing with dinner, awards, a live auction, and a concert. In addition to participating in the annual tournament, owners host local fundraising events throughout the year and actively seek veteran hires within their businesses.
