How ServiceMaster Restore® Franchisees Create Generational Success

2026-07-28

Three Generations of Success Stories

Successful businesses are founded with the future in mind. At ServiceMaster Restore®, many franchise owners have built companies that continue to grow as family members carry the vision forward. These three franchisees are just a few across our network who’ve built thriving restoration businesses with the next generation in mind.

Starting a business together

For ServiceMaster Restoration by Royalty, ownership created an opportunity for a successful business and a leadership transition between father and son, Bob and Nick Petrovic. Working together allowed Nick to gain firsthand experience and develop the confidence to lead the company. At each milestone, these owners stayed committed to the values that had shaped their business from the start: honesty, integrity, empathy, and a strong work ethic.

“We did it together, and we’re only getting better.” - Bob and Nick Petrovic

Three decades of leadership

Entrepreneurship has been part of the Frazee family's story for generations. That foundation led Patti and Bob Frazee to open ServiceMaster by Texas Best in 1995, bringing their dedication to service to the San Angelo community. From leading teams to mentoring employees, their ownership style has shaped both the business and family. Today, multiple generations contribute to the company’s success while staying true to the commitment their parents and grandparents made more than 30 years ago.

Creating opportunity for the next generation

ServiceMaster by Burch has created a family business that’s evolved through shared ownership. Many of the family's 15 children have worked in the business over the years, gaining valuable experience and learning directly from founder and father, Robert Burch Sr. Today, five siblings lead the company together as part-owners, continuing the work he started. While retired, Robert still lends his expertise and guidance as the business enters its next chapter.
