ServiceMaster DSI (Disaster Services Inc.) has spent more than four decades building one of the most successful restoration operations in our network. What began with a single ServiceMaster license in 1981 has grown into the largest owner and operator within the ServiceMaster Restore® and ServiceMaster Recovery Management (SRM) network, operating 26 core branches and holding 56 licenses across the United States.
Headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois, DSI provides mitigation, restoration, cleaning, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial customers. The company responds to catastrophic events across all 50 states, and its large-loss commercial division has supported some of the most devastating disasters in United States history. Throughout its growth, DSI has continued to invest in its people, expand its capabilities, and strengthen its presence in communities across the country.

ServiceMaster DSI has recently expanded into Hartford, New London, and Stamford, Connecticut, as well as Houston, Texas. Each new location increases DSI's ability to serve customers while widening the reach of the ServiceMaster Restore® network at large.
